The smoke vents (ventilation flaps and fire protection windows) in the reading areas will be serviced from 27-29 February 2024. The maintenance work will take place between 7am and 10am. During this time, the smoke vents may be opened and the cold air from outside may make it cool in the reading areas. If necessary, we kindly ask you to move to one of the other reading areas
Work will begin in the east wing on Tuesday, 27 February, followed by the centre reading area on Wednesday, 28 February and the west wing on Thursday, 29 February.
