As of today the 2016 costs for open access articles are publicly available. Since its establishment in 2014, data from the open access publishing fund of Leipzig University has been published regularly in support of the OpenAPC initiative. The initiative based at Bielefeld Univeristy publishes open access cost information and is growing continuously. By now, data is available from universities and research organisations of several european countries as well as from the several US american and canadian institutions.
