Reduced opening hours during the semester break

Starting February 5th 2024, the Medicine and Sciences Library will adjust its opening hours during the semester break as follows:

Monday–Friday

8 am–10 pm

Saturday

8 am–8 pm

Borrowing and returning items is still possible at the machines during opening hours.

This is in response to significantly lower demand during the lecture-free period, especially in the evenings. The LUL aims to offer a demand-oriented service in the interests of sustainability and resource conservation. The opening hours of the Bibliotheca Albertina and the Campus Library will remain unchanged during the semester break.
